Township Committee Special Stormwater Utility Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Raritan Township Committee will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Raritan Township Municipal Building Court Room, One Municipal Drive, Flemington, NJ.
The agenda for said meeting, to the extent known, and a statement of whether or not formal action may be taken as to items on the agenda are as follows:

AGENDA: Stormwater Utility Feasibility Study
ACTION: Formal action may take place
SUMMARY: Raritan Township has been working with a consultant to assess the feasibility of establishing a Stormwater Utility to fund the costs associated with meeting NJ Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) requirements related to stormwater management. The meeting will include a presentation followed by a question-and-answer session.
