There are five parks located throughout the 37+ square miles that make up the Township:

  • Blackwell Park
  • Lenape Park
  • Lone Cedar Park/Nature Preserve
  • Mine Brook Park
  • Morales Nature Preserve

Each park offers something a little different. Whether you’re looking for a place to picnic, a playground where your kids can play, trails to get some exercise or for a space to just enjoy nature, our beautifully maintained parks are there for you to use. All of our parks are open from dawn until dusk.

NOTE: Raritan Township has both a “Leash Law” and a “Pooper Scooper Law.” Pet owners are required by Township Ordinance to keep their dogs leashed and to keep our parks clean by cleaning up after their pets. Violators are subject to fines and penalties.
